Fees
- Design & Project Management: Billed at $1200 per project, including 1 edit right, plus any necessary travel and office expenses. [For any additional edits or modifications to the scope of work, fees will be adjusted accordingly to ensure the highest level of service and professionalism.]
- Flexible Pricing: Options include hourly rates, fixed fees for specific project scopes, or hourly with a maximum limit.
- Specialized Services: Coordinated by the Owner or through Sheida Shakeri Ventures, including architecture and engineering.
- Implementation: Conducted by licensed contractors.
- Bidding & Procurement: Transparent process with bids gathered on behalf of the Owner.
- Product Markup: 15% markup on installed site amenities and products, excluding those provided by other contractors or consultants.
